« Staff mostly spoke little or no English, this in the heart of Oxfordshire. Breakfast was very poor quality, cheapest items possible and poor presentation. 1 piece overcooked bacon, 1 pork sausage ok, scrambled egg ok, beans ok, horrible coffee and toast supplied warmed up rather actually toasted. Room was accessed from a staircase at the rear of the untidy former pub property which was mostly unconverted. The staircase was shared with a disabled chair lift making the space to carry up bags...

« The room was clean except the spots on the walls... The bedding was awful, the spring-mattress was really old and not comfortable. You can hear the TV and other noises from the other room. The light in the bathroom was not always working. The shared kitchen is dirty and derelict. Find another place to stay, for example an Airbnb because 110€ for 2 people for 2 nights is literally robbery. »

« We had a fantastic time , Jenny is a prefect host. We arrived in the afternoon, used they pool and garden, then the next day she allowed us to use the pool again after check out time. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and cosy. It was a very hot day/night, she provided a fan and we managed to stay cool. Turns out she comes from my home town, so we had a lot to chat about. We just needed some peace and quiet to relax after a difficult week. Thank you Jenny for a wonderful stay. »
