« They offer me a room who was terrible, i have to pay to change room »

« Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk service. The staff member repeatedly slammed the door, refused to answer basic questions, and stated she was “not in the mood” to assist us. When asked for a manager, she claimed she was the boss and refused to provide any management contact information. She also made inappropriate racist comments. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and a very disappointing experience. »

« Je veux être rembourser. Je n'ai pas pu voyager. Mon vol a été annulé. »

« It is a basic motel. Absolutely nothing fancy. Good for a brief overnight stay or longer if you're not spending much time in the room. The circular layout of the place with a courtyard and single entrance made me feel safer about staying there. »

Petit dejeuner correct. Nous eviterons par la suite. »
