« This unit was really just perfect for our week stay in Kona. It was clean, comfortable and had almost everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The unit had all of the beach gear and most of the cooking utensils we had hoped for. There were plenty of towels for the week and also a washer and dryer as well as detergent to launder our clothing. The view and the patio was the best part of our stay. We would definitely return to this unit on our next stay in Kona. Just a few small housekeeping...

« Unforgettable trip and memories on our family trip. Absolutely stunning condo with great pool/amenities right across the street. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful with easy to follow instructions to access the property. We sat outside just about every meal enjoying the view and weather. Not a question of if, but when we visit the big island again, we would stay at Kolea 10D in a heartbeat. Thank you again to our wonderful hosts for helping make our trip unforgettable! »

« Property was as described with a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, comfortable bed and a view of the ocean from the balcony. It was a great location in the middle of downtown making it easy to walk to multiple stores and restaurants. The property was very clean and communication with the property management company was easy with quick responses. The only downside was a musty smell. »

« Great location in the village, overlooking golf course and a lava field. The unit was clean and well equipped, but the carpet, kitchen and bathroom were a bit dated and tied. Excellent communication with the manager on repairs being done on the outside access hallway and for checkin and checkout. Would stay at the unit again. »
