« The condo was just like it was described minus the birds singing at night (in the front room, you really hear it) but other than that, I loved that there was coffee and coffee filters and basic kitchen provided. And the communication from the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. »

« This place is not close to representing what you are getting. Its like a College dorm. Very ugly large building. Pool is a disgusting postage stamp joke that nobody uses. Its just not why you fly to Hawaii. Location was OK. Sure the place was clean. Thank goodness wall shaker a/c worked. You aren't going to enjoy your morning coffee on that balcony. Maybe if you're hung over. Just wish they were more honest about the place. Sorry, it was disappointing not what we expected. »

« Nice 3 bedroom unit in a quiet condo complex. Our family enjoyed the pool, the walking trails through the Kalahuipua'a Historic Park and fishponds, and access to the beach club. Some restaurants and a grocery store very short drive away and most things within a 15 minute drive. Good amount of beach and snorkeling gear provide for use as well. »

« Room was clean but the 2nd bedroom stayed hot- a lot of road noise and homeless people off their meds were screaming through the night. The view was nice. Could never get the one Tv working . Washer and dryer were very useful nice kitchen. The master bedroom seem to be very nice. Just wasn’t aware that there was not an elevator or we couldn’t find one so that was always a workout. Parking was good. It was a nice place in a good area. Never did use the pool. Bathroom were great My only...

« The property was perfect. Was fully equipped with everything you needed. Stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkel gear for the 2 minute walk to the beach next door. Recommend sleeping with the door open and screen closed so you can fall asleep to the amazing waves. Kona itself is an 8 minute drive and you’re close to everything. The restaurant on the ground floor as part of the complex was great for a drink by the ocean or a meal, quality and prices were good for Hawaii....
