Stayed with Coastal Letting Co. and was not informed of a planned power outage before booking. The entire building lost power for hours, causing major inconvenience. On top of that, when I explained we couldnât wash the provided towels due to the outage, they still insisted we pay for fresh ones. Their response to our concerns was dismissiveâinforming guests in advance and showing basic consideration is their responsibility. Wouldnât book with them again.
