We stayed in a Partial Ocean View Apartment and were NOT disappointed. Views to the ocean, coastline, hinterland were breathtaking. Apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. Dorothy, the receptionist, was just fantastic and very helpful from our booking, arriving and leaving. Thank you. We will return for sure. Valmay

It is tidy, clean and quiet. The location is great, not too close to the city, but convinient enough to drive to city. Close to the sea, plus Dorathy is very kind and helpful

Apartment was basically clean, beds comfy but apartment in need of renovation. A few things didn't work however management responded quickly to sort out the issues.

Convenient location, good for families and spacious, only negative no air conditioning, apartment very uncomfortable in 36 degree heat, we spent limited time inside and too hot to use kitchen.

good located and big aparments
Great place to stay at with a perfect location, good staff and a big apartment. Really "cheap" kitchen stuff but otherwise it was nice. If you get it for a good price, then stay there!

Peter was very helpful. Although we booked for 5 people it was annoying to have to pay extra for a put up bed . We were unable to use one of wardrobes as it was broken . The overall condition and facilities was excellent. We would definitely stay here again

On the beach!!!
Right on beach. Great beach views from bedrooms & living area. Balcony to bedrooms & lounge. Aircon in living room & both bedrooms. Nice living/kitchen areas, bedrooms. Has own laundry facilities. Tight garage spaces. Balcony living room door was hard to open/shut but bedroom balcony door ok. Plenty of entertaining for families provided in apartment. I would stay again.

Overall OK, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good but the furniture within apartment wasn’t very comfortable other than that we enjoyed and would recommend to others.

Unfortunately the first apartment was dated and things just didn't work as well as they should. We were upgraded but were told that the original apartment was going to have a refurbishment and would not be booked for the next two months. My question would be why were we put in that apartment at all. The 2nd apartment was much nicer however could do with a fan in the main lounge area for air flow.Otherwise we had the view that was advertised.and the faculty match what was on the web page.

Tired in need of an update
Firstly the position and view were fantastic. We stayed in Apartment 9, which was very very tired. Floor tiles were marked with lots of chips in them. Shower/soap trays were non existent , just the lugs left on wall. I had yo use a saucepan lid as a soap tray. Fly screens and door tracks were all filthy. All these things could be easily fixed inexpensively. Other friends ‘ apartments in this complex were much much better than Apartment 9.

I know now why there were no photos of the bathrooms on the web, they were original from the late 70’s, so old, broken tiles old fittings but it was clean. They need updating, but the kitchen was new & beds & linen new & fresh. Air conditioning should be standard now in every unit. We had a room facing the road so maybe these just haven’t been renovated yet. We also got a few small electric shocks when we turned on some switches & lights which was odd Andrew the manager was very friendly & the location is great so close to the beach

A good place to stay
Was clean and tidy. Needs a bit of TLC around it but was excellent. For the price the wifi need to be upgraded to get full service but staff were very helpful and friendly. Good job will be coming back for sure👍👍

Fantastic location, right on the beach, close to the Gold Coast Highway, restaurants, Pacific Fair shopping centre, markets, etc. Lovely view from the balcony with some whales in the distance each day. The car park could be a little challenging, but we've had tighter ones. The kitchen was very well equipped, as was the whole of the apartment. The two bathrooms were a little dated, but adequate. The apartment was very spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it, especially for longer stays when wanting the luxury of a bit of extra space.

The property, or at least the apartment No,2 where we stayed, is in great need of repair and refurbishment. The location was okay but wouldn't recommend to friends or family.

Thanks for your honest feedback, we inspect each apartment prior to guest arrival and on departure, if there's any repairs that need attention, please let reception know and we will rectify this immediately. We have been working on updating the decor since taking over management in January 2019, this apartment, has had the bedding with new bed runners updated, brand new curtains and re-tiled balcony. We will be doing the carpet and the furniture very shortly! Usually our guests love the absolute ocean front location, 5min walk from Nobbys where you will find wonderful cafes and restaurants.

The apartment we stayed in was badly in need of an update. However the location and friendly management team were great. Being able to walk directly on to the beach is a big plus and although the complex is over 30 years old the amenities are still quite ok.
