J’ai séjourné 3 nuits dans cette hôtel. Le personnel est très souriant, accueillant et sympathique. La chambre et les environs sont très propres. Le fait que l’entree Soit en travaux à joué légèrement sur le confort.

Sympa !
très bon hôtel pour les standards à Gili il ne faut pas s'attendre aux complexes luxe que l'on trouve sur Bali mais l'hôtel reste bien + : agréable, face à l'océan avec plage privée, assez propre, très bien situé sur la côte est de l'île donc idéal pour le snorkeling et calme le resto de l'hôtel est très bon avec service à la plage personnel sympa - : la piscine ridicule mais personne ne se baigne en piscine à Gili, l'océan étant juste exceptionnel !! l'hôtel fournit des vélos gratuits mais qui sont quasiment tous dans un état déplorable le wifi n'est pas top petit déj pas génial au final ça reste un bon hôtel pour Gili

Fantastiske Laguna Gili Beach Resort
Vi havde fem fantastiske dage på Laguna Gili Beach Resort. Dette er ikke et luksushotel, men man får utroligt meget for pengene. Hyggelige værelser, med lille terrasse, god aircondition, fantastisk sandstrand med koraller og havskildpadder, gratis solsenge på stranden, enkel og lækker a la carte morgenmad med udsigt ud over vandet. Og så var personalet utrolig søde og servicemindede - Kan klart anbefales til jeres ophold på Gili.

Good hotel with great location
The staff was great! Especially Vinny at the front desk. The hotel is located by the beach, right next to turtle point where we saw some turtles while snorkeling. The bungalow was great but a bit woren out and quite dark. The bed was uncomfortable. You get what you pay for.

Not bad but could do better
We were in a cabana which are not in the best condition. They are dark and need a refresh. There is also no sound insulation so could hear the neighbours talking all the time as if they were in our room. Also there is a mosque very near which wakes you up at 5am

Hotellets personal och service var jättebra. Frukosten var inte något att hänga i granen direkt. Rummet var inte alls bra. Toaletten blev det stopp i hela tiden, lakanen var smutsiga, eluttagen fungerade inte, duschen hade bara antingen extremt varmt vatten eller kallt vatten och strålen var jättedålig. Wi-fi fungerade i stort sett inte alls varken i rummet eller i lobbyn. Däremot var stranden bra där hotellet hade solstolar som man fick låna. Hotellet har även en reception som hotels.com nekar till men deras reception är i stort sett öppen dygnet runt.

Do not recommend this hotel
We had booked 4 nights at this hotel during our summer vacation in Bali this year, but due to incredibly high waves and a lot of wind, all Fast Boats from Bali to Gili were canceled. All the locals we talked to advised us not to take the local ferry, which usually takes 7-8 hours, because it would be an incredibly unpleasant experience and would take up to 24 hours due to the weather. We talked to other tourists in Bali who should have been at Gili as well. They had canceled their trip and without difficulty got their money back, because their respective hotels knew, that the weather was unusual for the season. Therefore, we think we have been exposed to an unfairly bad customer service as this hotel refused to give us our money back.

As you posted this review as anonymous, we have no way to check this claim, however you wrote this on 2nd of November 2018, and as far as I know there were no bad weather or big waves or strong winds during October or November 2018. The ferry that you claim the locals said to be 7 - 8 hours, is heavily exaggerated. The journey usually take 5 hours. And even then you have other cheap alternative such as airplanes, they can go as cheap as a little over 250 thousand IDR. With so many good and cheap alternatives, I don't see any valid reason to cancel and break the policy our resort has. I hope this answer is enough for you to put your mind at ease. Mysiga bungalows, välstädat och rent. Mycket trevlig personal. Ligger vid stranden med egna solstolar bra service. Enkel frukost men man kunde beställa ägg, omlett och pannkakor så den är helt ok. Vår tv fungerade tyvärr inte och wi-fi var lite dåligt ibland. Vi åker gärna tillbaka och bor på Laguna

Very nice hotel, best for snorkeling!
+ Location - away from the crowd but close to city center, especially if u take bicycle. Great beach in front of the hotel. Near hotel is turtle point where in the mornings you see many turtles Very friendly employees Diving center has just been completed The best calamari rings ever in hotel restaurant! - There was no minibar in the room(bungalow) as indicated on the site hotels.com Sound of praying due to construction of bungalow makes them really loud. It would wake me up at 4:30am even with earplugs.... though I didnt hear it in superior room.

Nice hutts but loud mosque right next door
We had a nice stay in the hutts except for the part where this hotel is situated right next to a mosque which had their prayers multiple times a day playing through their loud speaker even in the middle of the night. There are a lot of other places to stay on the island so I would look at something further away and closer to the more busy area of the island.

冷氣唔夠凍,在下午時段加電風扇也不行,房間已經轉過一次,但新的房間同一個問題!洒店泳池非常殘舊,不見意入住。唯一的是酒店工作人員態度很好。

Nice Hotel but Service lacks a bit
Spent 2 nights in their bungalow which are the wooden huts. Bed was AMAZING, super large and very comfy. Housekeeping very good, everything nice and clean. Air-conditioning also does its job but not ice cold as some cracks in the wooden hut so warmth gets in and it can never get really cold. Bar/Restaurant staff unfortunately not very good 2 out of 5 stars. Had to wait ages for a menu to come and staff was joking around amongst each other and not paying attention to new guests. However, that seems to be an issue nearly everywhere I went on Gili T. Nice pool, cool in the deep end which is nice and refreshing. Overall good experience.

Will be good when finished!
They are still finishing the front of the hotel when we stayed there. The rooms were good and spacious and a nice pool. The front desk, reception and bar area was not finished so it was just temporary solutions

Very friendly and accomodating staff, got a free room upgrade on arrival. Good location, right opposite the beach and close to everything you need. Would definitely stay here again if I were to go back!

Mycket trevlig personal, nära stranden, fin pool! Under vår vistelse pågick ombyggnation så det var lite slammer o stök, men det gjorde inget.

部屋は1棟ずつになっているため、プライバシーは守られると思います。 ただ金額面は、少し高く感じました。 ビーチパラソルが色あせているので、ただちに変えてほしい。

Väldigt fint hotell, mysiga och stora stugor som man bor i. Halvsköna sängar, lite hårda.. mysigt poolområde och nära till resturang och strand. Man får strandhandduk, hur bra som helst. Trevlig och mysig personal! Bra wi-fi som når ända till stranden! En liten promenad på 10-15 min till ”party-delen” av ön. Det ända negativa är att avloppet i duschen stinker, det är inte alls fräscht.. men inget en liten doftpåse inte kan fixa! Väldigt mysigt med frukost på rummet!

Not worth the cost
First of all, we barely found the hotel because the front side is all just a construction site. Not really what we had in mind for our romantic honeymoon since the pictures showed something else... The reception and restaurant area is all being renovated and the work runs slowly for what we saw during our 5-day stay. The room was spacious and lovely, even though the bathroom area were smelly and probably told because of damage by damp. One night when it came a lot of rain water started pouring from the ceiling down the walls and on interior. So the rooms need an upfix for what we saw! We never swam in the pool because it didn't look clean enough... The big plus that made our stay worth while was the location and the beach area. It is close enough to walk into the busier restaurants in the evening but far enough to not get disturbed by nightlife and the mosque early in the morning. The beach area was lovely and reserved for the hotel guests. While the restaurant in under renovation they serve all meals either on the beach or on your room terrace. Unfortunately not the hotel we saw in the pictures in many reasons and not worth the costs for the stay but hopefully things will be better when the renovation is finished and they hopefully update the rooms where needed.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und mitten in der belebten (party)-Seite der Insel. Das Hotel befindet sich gerade im Umbau, was zu etwas Baulärm (bis 18 Uhr) führt. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, aber keine "balinesischen Wunder", wie wir an vielen anderen Orten gehabt haben. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und insgesamt sauber. Personal sehr nett und die Liegen am Strand komfortabel. Für 3-4 Tage eine gute Unterkunft.

Super tolles Hotel im schönen Gili Trawangan!
Unser Aufenthalt im Laguna Gili Resort war einfach spitze! Wir können dieses Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer/Bungalows haben einen richtig schönen Charme! Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wie im Urlaub! :-) Sehr geräumig, sauber und das Bett ist bequem! Die Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer für einen Smalltalk zu haben! :-) Beim Frühstück kann man sich aussuchen ob man vorne am Strand frühstücken möchte oder das Frühstück aufs Zimmer möchte. War auch lecker. Überhaupt das Restaurant mit seinen verschiedenen Gerichten (westlich und local küche) ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist grandios. Hier ist von Party bis romantisches Abendessen am Strand alles geboten. Das Laguna befindet sich übrigens derzeit im Umbau, jedoch hört man vom "Baustellenlärm" absolut gar nichts in den Bungalows. Wird bestimmt noch schöner wenn alles fertig ist! :-) Noch zur Lage: Kleiner Tipp am Rande für alle Tierliebhaber unter uns: Der Weg zum Hotel vom Hafen ist nicht weit. Man muss also keine Kutsche dafür nehmen! Ca. 10 Minuten Laufweg! Die Pferde stehen für Stunden ohne Wasser in der Sonne und müssen teilweise 15 Stunden viel zu schwere Lasten tragen. Dann lieber Koffer ein bisschen schieben, die Pferde werden es euch danken! Ansonsten alles ziemlich unkompliziert im Laguna und es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir werden sicherlich wieder in diesem Hotel unterkommen wenn wir wieder hier sind!

Vorsicht Riesenbaustelle!
Prinzipiell ein nettes, sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit direkten Strandzugang und eigenen Liegen! Man kann direkt vor dem Hotel bei Flut schön schwimmen und Schnorcheln, findet schöne Fische und sogar Schildkröten! Was allerdings weder bei EXPEDIA, noch anderswo bemerkt wurde ist die seit April 2017 bestehende , große Baustelle (Umbau in einen Tauchzentrum) direkt am Strand und am Pool! es schweißt, knallt und hämmert den ganzen Tag, so dass man schon sehr gechillt sein muss, um sich daran nicht zu stören! Schade, denn sonst könnte man hier wirklich schön Urlaub machen

笑顔のスタッフ
チェックインの時からスタッフは常に笑顔で親切に接してくれました。朝食は5種類から選べ部屋の前かビーチで食べることができます。2017年8月レセプション工事中につき発見できず一度通り過ぎてしましました。工事ははじまったばかりでしたので、まだ2、3ヶ月かかりそうです。場所はグーグルマップを参考にしていけば港からも歩いて8分程度です。ホテルの問題ではありませんが毎朝5時に島全体にお祈りの放送が流れるため、毎朝めざめてしまいました。利便性の良い場所なのでまた宿泊したいです。

Abbiamo abbandonato dopo la prima notte perché al posto del resort c'era un cantiere. La scritta "coming soon" interessa poco a chi ha prenotato una vacanza senza essere avvisato che ristorante hall e la vivibilità della piscina sarebbero "arrivati poi!". Fortunatamente un ragazzo super gentile dello staff ci ha aiutato a trovare un nuovo alloggio poco distante. Da parte dei proprietari ci vorrebbe più sincerità e rispetto delle vacanze delle persone che lavorano per potersele guadagnare. Altri hotel segnalano qualsiasi lavoro in atto nei minimi particolari.
