Villa splendide et tres gande (300 m2). Très bien équipé avec 2 noix de coco fraiches qui nous attendait et la piscine privée immense (30 m2). Tout etait parfait lhitel prête des. Elos pour se déplacer dans l'île. Personnel aux petits soins. Juste un séjour inoubliable.

Personnel sympathique et serviable. Villa propre et chambres très correct. Le seul point négatif, la TV est vieille, nous voulions regarder les vidéos et les photos prises dans la journée, et ce n'était pas possible. Sinon tout était parfait.

This hotel is defintly one of the top3 hotel we have ever done. The manager , rene, give 100% of his time to make this adventure a great experienCe. The villa are amazing. The service the top of the cream. Every body are dedicated to your pleasure!. The private pool are very big. Thanks for this experience.

It was a nice, quiet central location on the island with easy access to everything via a short bike ride. The villas were very private. Breakfasts were nice but not a huge amount of choice on the menu. Staff very friendly and helpful and were more than happy to upgrade our room when our original room we had booked was not quite what we had hoped for. We really enjoyed our stay here :)

Amazing villa, beautiful and clean. 10 minute walk from the main street, which makes it further than a lot of places, but definitely worth it.

Relax e tranquillità
La nostra esperienza a Kelapa Villas è stata estremamente positiva. La villa era perfettamente in ordine e pulita al nostro arrivo e il modo con cui ci hanno accolti ci ha fatto davvero piacere. Avevamo tutta la privacy che volevamo, la colazione era ottima e il personale è stato estremamente cordiale. Ci hanno suggerito ristoranti e luoghi dove fare snorkeling. La posizione è relativa dato che l'isola è molto piccola, e con le bici in meno 10 minuti eravamo al porto e le zone più frequentate. Assolutamente consigliato.

Super mooie villa met pool - relaxed en zeer prive
Heel mooi en schoon. Locatie iets verder van centrum maar met fiets of per paard en wagen ben je er zo. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Eten op het eiland kan goed in locale restaurants of Aston hotel wat erbij ligt heel goed.

럭셔리빌라라는 이름에 어울리지 않는 풀빌라에요 정말 비추해요 가족들이 5개의 객실이 있는 빌라를 사용했는데 2층 두개의 방은 냄새가 심해서 사용조차 안했고 1층도 청결과는 거리가 멀었어요 리셉션직원은 10시도 안되 안보이고 전화도 받지 않았어요 전체적으로 오래되고 낙후한 시설에 폐가 느낌까지 들어 깨름직한 기분에 빨리 떠나고 싶다는 생각까지 들었어요 조식도 짜고 맛이 없었고 9시에 요청했는데 8시에 가져오거나 커피를 시켰는데 티를 가져오는 실수를 계속하더군요 에어컨도 잘 작동하지 않았구요 절대 비추합니다

Not luxury
Kelapa Villas is a great concept, but the villa we stayed in (Kenari) was very tied, the design is great but the complex needs a good tidy up. All the negatives are small, but for the money we paid, it's not luxury by any stretch of the imagination. Breakfast is more motorway service station than luxury villa. Most of its cold and we got one cup of coffee already poured and no top ups. In my opinion just not worth the money asked.

Underbar vistelse,klockrent!
Helt fantastiskt ställe och villa! Vi stormtrivdes och förlängde vår visit med 4 nätter, riktigt lyxig villa med en otrolig service som hjälper en med allt, hyra cyklar och var man ska äta osv. Fri tillgång till gym och tennis. Kylen var även fylld med fina saker som man fick till ett bra pris.

Loved this place. A little out of the way from the main area - a bike is necessary to get around but an easy cycle to these spots. Lovely quiet and relaxing villa. Well maintained, nice pool and HD fully loaded satellite TV. Highly recommended

Jederzeit und gerne wieder!!!
Super schöne Villen etwas abseits vom Trubel im Herzen der Insel. Extrem tolle Zimmerausstattung. Garten und Pool sind sensationell. Wir hatten eine Deluxe Studio Villa und waren vorher etwas kritisch, weil es auf der Hompage keine Fotos gab. Grund dafür: die Studios sind komplett neu. Wir waren vom Zimmer und der Freundlichkeit des Personals bei unserem 6-tägigem Aufenhalt begeistert. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: für längere Aufenhalte (über 3 Tage) wird das Frühstück etwas eintönig, weil die Auswahl begrenzt ist...

Vi är nöjda. Tråkigt att sängkläderna aldrig byttes, likaså med handdukarna. Gillade den stora poolen. Läget var perfekt för oss som inte var ute efter party!

Bodde her to dager sammen med kjæresten. Ankom hotellet og ble følgt og vist rundt av en kalt "oliee" som var utrolig flink i engelsk. Vi fikk kart av han hvor vi kunne spørre om alt ifra skilpadde dykke steder til restauranter, brukte trolig oppimot en time med han. De hadde ikke restaurant på hotellet men de hadde ett kjøkken som man kunne bestille maT fra (helt ok mat ikke noe mer). Ellers hadde de tilgjengelig tennis bane og gym. Eneste som jeg kunne ønsket var annerledes var at sove roms området var helt tett for insekter. Var ikke slik at vi fikk besøk av alt skogen utenfor skjulte men noen dyr kommer seg alltid inn og vi måtte bruke mygg spray rundt dørene for å slippe besøk. Ellers var internettet i vår villa noe dårlig men ettersom man er på en øy hvor det vil være begrenset internett tilgang var det helt greit. Hotellet sto for sykkel utleie til oss ettersom det ikke er biler eller scootere på Øyen er dette eneste fremkomstmiddel de har.

Overall it is quite good, especially compared to the other options on Gili T. Our 1BR villa was very comfortable and well designed. Staff was also quite accommodating. It can be difficult to find at night, however. Also, much like other places on the island, there is a problem with flies. It made dining outside by our pool quite difficult.

Beautiful villa on idyllic island
Fabulous villa that we shared with our family. Facilities and room were amazing and the pictures on the web site didn't do the property justice. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They provided a BBQ for us at the property on 2 evenings which was fabulous. They cooked at our villa and provided all the salads and accompaniments. The food was the best we had experienced Loved our time here.

A great hotel good to relax with excellent very helpful staff. They also arranged all our transfers to Gili from hotel in Bali and onwards to Lombok all was very proffesional with no hassle and worked exactly as they advised.

Not close the the beach
If you want to get away and spend some alone time with your family in your own pool, this place is great. However, if you need contact with other people and have a good lunch and dinner in town, Kelapa is a hassle to walk to and fro. It is not so much the distance, but the horrible path to get there and back, dealing with donkeys and their crap along the way. Swimming from shore is impossible with the corral and no place in town sells beach shoes! Impossible.

Locationwise is a bit far. Other than that, the hotel is nice. Friendly owner, helpful reception. They let you borrow a bike or two for you to use while in Gili. The room is spacious. Nicely decorated, unique. Love it.

El paraiso dentro del paraiso
Solamente puedo decir que fue como de sueño....las villas son preciosas, perfectamente equipadas y limpias; el servicio de habitaciones es casi como un servicio personalizado...la comida que se sirve buenísima y a unos precios razonables. Estuvimos solo 5 días pero estamos seguro que repetiremos!...Además hay la posibilidad de poder ir mas personas a las villas ya que cuentan con villas de 2,3,4,5, y hasta 7 habitaciones! pero si una cosa hay que destacar de tan bello lugar, ha sido el trato con el personal, tanto con los trabajadores como con el responsable: han sido perfectos; amables, te ayudan, te hacen sentir que estas en el auténtico paraíso...para muestra: decidimos alargar la estancia un día más de lo bien que estábamos, y nos dijeron que en principio no era posible porque no tenían villa disponible; pues al final nos colocaron en una villa de 2 habitaciones al mismo precio que la de 1! Si vais a ese trocito de cielo llamado Gili Trawangan...no lo dudéis....KELAPA ES LA MEJOR!

Island luxury
This place is wonderful to stay at, the one bed villa we had was very nice, clean and compfortable. The outside area with the pool was where we spent most of the time though. This resort is in the middle of the island so you have a relaxing retreat away from the lively main street. The staff were all very helpful and very polite and instantly made you feel at home. The resort manager was also very helpful and if you needed anything it arranged they would do it for you or put you in contact with the right person. The bicycles provided made exploring the island very easy. We would definately return to Kelapa Villas.

Quiet haven. Lovely pool and great staff.
We enjoyed our stay and liked our villa very much. We had Indah for six nights - it’s one of the smaller standard villas with 2 bedrooms and a 7m pool. We liked being away from the busy part of Gili T and it was fun cycling on the bikes provided (they are basic but did the job). It took about 10 min to cycle to the main area in the SE of the island and all parts of the island were easily accessible. The villa was very private and well designed with all rooms opening onto the lovely pool. Breakfast (ordered the night before) was delivered to the villa every day and this was an efficient service (although the cooked breakfast sometimes needed a quick spin in the microwave). The staff were fabulous and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. A few things in the villa did not work as they should have done - the microwave was broken when we arrived (but was quickly changed), the french doors needed a bit of attention and the cutlery/crockery was a bit short for us all. However, we had a lovely time staying here and I didn’t see anywhere else on Gili T where I would rather have stayed. I would have no hesitation in booking Kelapa Villas again. Please note though - I think it is essential to be able to ride a bike if you stay here.

Island security treated us like criminals. They claim it never happens. We saw many other reports for theft on their desk. Be careful.
