Dear Chessie,Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your recent stay at Kardia Resort in Gili.However, we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the room you get was not what you reserved, and please allow us to clarify regarding your 7 hours of waiting was not true, because the room was ready at 14:00 based on our check-in time. and our reception tries to find you at the pool area but did not find you. and regarding the hotel facilities that you damaged as our procedure is true, and you have to pay for that. As per our regulations that anything from the hotel area or room facilities damaged by our guests is at their own cost.We appreciate your understanding and hope that this did not detract too much from your overall experience at our resort.
