Our Cozy Hideaway Standard rooms are quite small but we do provide a free standing light next to the bed. We can also provide a blankets, quilts and duvets if required. You need only ask any member of staff; as you mentioned our staff are friendly and would have been only to happy to help make your stay more comfortable. Oceans5 Dive Resort has 11 beautiful pool bungalows and garden rooms, 2 large swimming pools and access to all the hot spots on the island! Thank you for your comments regarding our location. The room you booked features a queen size bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with hot water, garden view terrace, in-room safe, Wi-Fi, a la carte breakfast and free flow of coffee, tea and water is included. If you'd of liked a bit more space we also have our Stunning Pool Bungalows which feature a king size bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with hot water, pool view terrace, TV, fridge, in-room safe, Wi-Fi, and again a la carte breakfast and free flow of coffee, tea and water is included. These rooms are larger and do have a bed side tables and lamps on either side of the bed. We did have availability in our bungalows during your stay. We always like to ensure that our guests have the best time when they visit us. We’d of been glad if you would of given us the chance to provide a better experience. We would be grateful if you give us an opportunity to make amends and improve your experience during your next stay. Do stay with us at Oceans5 anytime you visit the islands. Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to write a review and we are really sorry to hear that you did not fully enjoy your experience with us. We would have really appreciated if you had come and talked to us immediately about the room, so we could give you a new sheet and have a look at the airconditioning and fix it straight away to improve your experience. The buildings on our beautiful little paradise are generally made with outdoor shower bathrooms. Our housekeeping treats the rooms every day to keep the little island visitors outside the walls. As we are in a tropical climate and the sun rises early, we need to water the plants in our garden before the sun comes up and it's getting too hot. The room type that you requested was a Garden View Pool Bungalow, which is what we provided. The Gili Islands are a Muslim state of Lombok, Indonesia. You can hear the call to prayer all across the region. We would have really appreciated if you had come and talked to us during your stay, so we could discuss the situation in person and have had the opportunity to improve your experience and help you understand the culture of the area. We have 11 beautiful pool bungalows and garden rooms, 2 large swimming pools and access to all the hot spots on the island! We are so sorry that the room you choose didn't meet your expectations. Our Hideaway Standard rooms are designed for 2 people. All our rooms feature queen or king size beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with hot water, in-room safe, Wi-Fi, free flow of coffee, tea and fresh drink water is available from the bar next to reception. Breakfast is included from our partner cafe Coffee & Thyme, there is an a la carte so you can choose what you like. I am sorry to hear you couldn't find something to your liking from the menu. We do have other rooms available at the resort that may have suited you and your family better. Our Pool Bungalows feature a king size bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with hot water, pool view terrace, TV, fridge. One of the pool bungalows also has a bunk bed. Perfect for 4 people/ or families with children. Alternatively, we do have our Family Bungalow which features a king size bed, 3 single beds + 1 extra bed (if necessary) on the mezzanine. Again our bungalows have air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with hot water, pool view terrace, TV and fridge. We would have really appreciated if you had come and spoken to us whilst you where here, so we could discuss your options in person and have had the opportunity to improve your experience.
