« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. « The entire staff was very polite and kind. Our room wasn't very well equipped, but it was very clean. The tissue box was completely empty (not like it had a few tissues left...so it should not have been missed). We had to ask for tissues, toilet paper, and body wash - just for a 2 day stay. »
