Hotel Piccadilly is definitely a great place to stay in Fresno! Everybody was friendly, the room was great, and their restaurant is definitely worth a try!

Entouré de verdure
L’hôtel est magnifique, Dans la verdure, entouré d’arbres, très calme. On n’entend pas la route juste derrière les arbres. Tout était parfait sauf le wifi qui disparaissait assez souvent dans la chambre.

Hôtel correct ! La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bains satisfaisante. Quelques grosses tâches sur la moquette ! Dommage ! Belle piscine ! Sympa pour les retours de randonnée ! Par contre sèche cheveux et fer à repasser ne fonctionnaient pas !

On s'attendait à mieux
Séjour 2 nuits. A voir le grand porche d'entrée et le lobby, on s'attendait à des chambres plus en rapport... Accès, parking (surveillé par vigile), wifi ok. Pas de chambre au RDC disponible, accès à l'étage exclusivement par des escaliers extérieurs difficiles. Chambre king, correcte avec vue sur cour intérieure. Jakuzzi peu engageant ! :(

First time visitor. Love the upgrades on this older hotel. My room did not have a balcony but made up for it by including 2 comfy chairs in front of the large window that could be slid open. Odd window into the bathroom. Staff was friendly. Parking was a little challenging. I could see that it would be really hard during the summer. Great location.

Pros: -clean and safe neighborhood -quiet location -close to shops and restaurants (drivable distance) -good options for breakfast -clean room -exercise room (small with 5 equipments in total but doable if you want to use a treadmill or a stationary bike) -close to a large park Cons: -room was dated -bed and bedding as well as curtains are old -ceiling is low , so if you consider yourself tall or claustrophobic, be aware -room was dark with not a lot of lighting -bathroom was dated and small -there is no elevator to take you to the second floor If you’re used to staying at big chain hotels or modern hotels with all sorts of amenities, this hotel will feel different. We were in Fresno for the first time on a short weekend getaway to experience more of the country life. The hotel served the purpose for stay and accommodation. Its staff was super friendly and helpful. If I return to Fresno, I will stay at a chain hotel that is more modern and has better amenities. That’a not to say that this hotel was bad, but the decision will be based on personal preferences.

When I booked, I thought the place looked slightly old and seedy, but it was relatively cheap, convenient, and rated as clean. I was so wrong about the old and seedy bit. This was up there with our most expensive stops this trips in terms of style, room size, and comfort. Add to that the friendliest and most helpful staff we've met so far, a pleasant "campus", and a great breakfast included - not those plastic-wrapped pastries etc., but actual fresh-cooked breakfast buffet. Great value for the money, even if it had cost a third again as much. Special thanks to Felicia at reception who switched us to a downstairs room so we old folks wouldn't have to carry our bags up a flight of stairs. I didn't even request that, just asked if they had a luggage room where we could leave them as we only needed pur smaller bags for the one night, but she proposed a better solution. Also thumbs up for the breakfast staff who were cheerful as well as efficient.

We stay at the Hotel Piccadilly several times each year and always enjoy ourselves. The grounds are nicely maintained and the morning breakfast is first-rate.

The pics of the rooms are deceiving. The pics show a modern rooms with vinyl flooring. My room was outdated and red carpet from the 80's. Not the best for someone with allergies. Housekeeping every 3 days... Also outlets were outdated, plugs kept falling off. Rooms need renovation for sure.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Hotel Piccadilly in Fresno. The rooms were large and clean. The area around the hotel seemed very safe, and there was ample free parking. The complementary free breakfast was very nice. The only downsides . . . there was not a microwave in the room, and operating the heat/air conditioning was extremely confusing.

The room and facilities were clean, the breakfast was simple but good, the room was spacious. There’s also a great restaurant called the Annex just across the road from here. The staff were very friendly and check in and out were easy. The only area for suggested improvement would be to try limit the single use items for the breakfast, everything appeared disposable from the plates, cups and cutlery. It quickly mounted up to a lot of waste.

The hotel lobby is stunning, however the rooms and hallways smell like a convalescent home. Everything is outdated AND as I was dressing in the morning I felt something on my leg. I lifted my pant leg and a roach the size of a small dog was on me. I screamed and ran out of the bathroom to call the front desk who said “it’s a water bug we have those on the premesis.” I don’t care what it was it was on my leg and huge.

There were water lines dug up near the edge of the property by our room. The room air conditioner made the room feel humid. The doors going to the building where the rooms are located were loud when people enter or exit.

The property was nice place to stay. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. I checked in around 1:30 am due to late flights. I just had to make a call and keep them informed of my late arrival. Even at that time Ms. Christina, the woman at the reception, was patient and was welcoming.
