(We are walking the Solent Way so it is perfectly positioned if you are walking.this trail)We all thought the beds were extremely comfortable and had a great night's sleep.It's spacious enough for a big group with three generously sized bathrooms. With a well equipped kitchen and choice of places to sit I would really recommend Kings Lea.It even stopped raining long enough for us to enjoy the garden!! »

« We enjoyed our stay at Waterditch Farm, the property was spacious and well equipped for cooking meals. The sofas were very comfortable and the beds. It is close to both the sea and forest with good amenities close by. Of concern during our stay was the water levels surrounding the property and on the local roads, access was tricky through the deep puddles with hidden potholes. We were advised by locals that flooding is common which would have been useful to know at the point of booking. »

« Overall really disappointed. Good location and functional but upon checking in there were obvious stains in the bedroom and landing. When we tried to sleep all we could smell was urine. The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant.
