« Upon arrival I was told my reservation was cancelled although I had been in contact with them throughout the day - finally they were able to find my reservation - the room was not serviced although I called 3 times requesting that the room be cleaned - the safe malfunction twice and they to reopen it twice - not what I expected for a room that expensive. Will not stay again! »
