Complex includes a Rooftop with amazing views, pool, hot tub, bar, etc. Registration fee, resort fee and valet parking must be paid directly at the front desk when you arrive, they are NOT included in the booking payment.

The Space:
Guest access and Extra fees to pay at check-in directly at the Hotel Reception (they are not included in the booking payment):

Registration fee: $50 (one time only) plus tax.
Resort Fee $40 per day per unit plus tax.
Access to all amenities, Rooftop Pool, Lounge chair, towels, Gym and beach service.

The electric golf carts are a service through Circuit, sponsored from the City of Hollywood, rides cost $2/person within the city limits, if you flag them down on the road, you can ride for free.

Refreshing of Linen & Towels will be done automatically on the 5th day of the guests’ stay. Requests for additional room supplies will not be provided except on the 5th day of the guest’s stay.

There is a Laundry Room on the same floor with a washing machine and a dryer to use paying through the application, all the instructions to download and use them are on the wall of this room.

HOUSE RULES

● NO children are permitted in the pool at any time without adult supervision.
● Removing, adding, moving or changing furniture without our approval is strictly prohibited. Guest is responsible for cost of replacement of any damage to furniture or premises and replacement of missing items. Under no circumstances can any furnishing or linen be taken outside onto the beach with the exception of those items specifically designed for beach use.
