« My Mom and I stayed for the weekend and had a great time. It is a quick walk to the beach and St Armand’s circle so you can park your car and walk everywhere. The owners do a great job keeping the locations clean and adding small amenities to make your trip nicer. It’s a great location for 2 people to enjoy the beach, but would be cramped if you had anymore. »

« We traveled to Sarasota for some beach time. We found everything as listed. Easy check in and out. Great food and music at the Restaurant on the property. Thanks for and enjoyable weekend. »

« The property was attractive, well-maintained and suited our needs. We wanted a place that was close to our relatives we were visiting in Naples, easy to get to and from, with a kitchen! All the people we met or had any interaction with were welcoming and helpful. We would recommend the Gardenia to anyone! »

« Location was absolutely wonderful for a short weekend trip to Fort Myers Beach. Right on beach, in the heart of restaurants and bars. The unit was very clean and accommodating for our needs. Private roof entrance and lounge area had amazing views of the gulf! We stayed on the weekend, so Saturday night karaoke at the adjacent bar was a bit loud but there was enough white noise in the apartment to drown out the screaming. »

« From the outset - communications were exceptional, unit was clean, well furnished, excellent for what we needed; quiet, everything just worked. Great location - if you're looking for a safe, clean, easy in and out location in Sarasota near Siesta Key bridge - this is it! We'll be back, highly recommend »

« I stayed here with my 18 year old daughter and we loved everything about our stay! Close to the beach along with a pool to cool off in afterwards. The bungalow was the perfect size for the two of us. We are looking forward to coming back next year. »
