This little unit was so nice! I grew up coming to FMB, and so did my boys. It was a tradition to come and have lunch by the pier and walk around by the shops. We had always stayed further south on the island. To be on the north end right in the heart of all the shops, restaurants, & bars was so fun! We walked and biked so much! The views were amazing. The only negative thing was there was no parking space for our vehicle. We made it work. It’s great to see how much FMB is being built back up after Ian! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

This gem of a condo was a perfect getaway for us! The location couldn’t have been better. With it being right in the heart of Times Square we had easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular! The only issue we had was parking. We thought the condo had its own spot to park but it doesn’t. However, there is a metered public parking lot close by. Bobby was a great host and incredibly responsive. We highly recommend this beautiful place!!

Weekend at the Beach

This is the perfect spot if you want to be in the middle of the action with easy access and view of the beach! You can walk to the beach for sunset, or get the perfect view from the back patio. Food and shopping are all nearby. The apartment has a comfortable bed (best we've experienced in our 10 previous VRBO stays!), bathroom/shower, kitchen, laundry and beach gear for 2. You will hear the music from the karaoke bar next door and the DJ tent out back until about midnight. It was not a problem for us, but nice to know if you need a quiet, early bedtime. Parking is right next door, just have to update through the app 9 hours at a time.We would definitely stay here again!

What a view

It was as they said. the space was well maintained and the view was amazing. I really have a hard time saying anything bad, but there were a few issue. Not sure anything could be done. But the trash cans really hindered our unloading. We had to wait to find parking and pay for street parking and and then wait to park in the lot after the sunset. it only allows 9 hours, so I had to get up at 5:30am to reset until 8:30am. the space its self was great but we had to use the sleeper sofa and the coffee table was a challenge to move in a space convenient to still move around. It was clean and maintained nicely. The overall placement was amazing for visiting everything that was still there after Ion. I would stay again for sure even with the minor inconvience.

Great stay in heart of FMB

Location was absolutely wonderful for a short weekend trip to Fort Myers Beach. Right on beach, in the heart of restaurants and bars. The unit was very clean and accommodating for our needs. Private roof entrance and lounge area had amazing views of the gulf! We stayed on the weekend, so Saturday night karaoke at the adjacent bar was a bit loud but there was enough white noise in the apartment to drown out the screaming.

The ONLY rental within 300 yards in any direction. Right in the heart of Times Square. The sunsets and moon rises were amazing! The deck is larger than the place and has incredible views.

Great place! Clean and comfortable. My only criticism is the Waves bar downstairs. It was a bit loud (until 2am) other than that, great stay, perfect location!

Wow!!!!

What a pleasant surprise. I now know why this place gets all 10’s! Cute place. Tidy and clean. Has everything you need. Property manager was top notch. We thought about getting a room at the Margaritaville, but wow, were they expensive. This property has the same ocean view, actually a better ocean view than the Margarittaville, and the bonus is this property has a front deck the size of New Jersey!!! Ha! I mean it, it’s huge! The whole experience was awesome. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place and amazing location!

I cant speak any more wonderfully about the Hosts and the place itself. The access to the beach and surrounding area is perfect, and its located in a place where its pretty easy to get on and off the island. Its such a cool hidden gem and gives the perfect private view of the sunrise, sunset and a whole bunch of people watching. Theres some great kareoke next door, too!

We had an amazing time at this little Ft Myers Beach hideaway! We loved the sunset on the rooftop (people watching was really fun too!) Location was perfect and the host was so accommodating. We only live 15 minutes away, so we will definitely be back!

Great location!

We really enjoyed this gem! The location was perfect and the view of the ocean relaxing. The rooftop offered two lounge chairs and privacy from the hustle and bustle below. There are restaurants, ice cream and souvenir shops all within walking distance. Inside, the place was nicely decorated with decor I would use in my own house. Bobby was very responsive to our questions and made us feel at home. The washer and dryer was an added bonus! Thank you for a great stay!!

Weekend Getaway

The facility was very well kept and clean. It’s cozy and was just right for us. We loved the private patio deck! The bar next door got a little rowdy at night but didnt bother us too much. We will definitely stay again.
