Bel hôtel décoré avec goût. Il y a de beaux tableaux dans la belle salle des petits déjeuners. Bon petit déjeuner. Bonne literie ferme mais pas trop. Salle de bain en marbre. Idéalement situé. Personnel très aimable. Salle de sport très correcte, il fait réserver son créneau.

A cosy and a convenient hotel.
Hotel Santa Maria Novella is well situated, not far from the railway station and the town center. The lady at reception was very kind to recommended us some restaurants nearby, all of them were very good. If there is any thing on the negative side, it’s the room tend to be a little small for a four star hotel.

Pour visiter Florence....
L’hôtel est idéalement situé, proche des principaux monuments de Florence, auxquels on accède à pied. De très nombreux restaurants se trouvent dans les alentours. L’hôtel possède un charme certain, celui d’un palazzo florentin. Tout ceci contribue à un séjour très agréable.

Hotel tres bien situé avec vue sur la place Santa Maria Novella. Plein coeur de Florence et pas loin des quais de L'ARNO. Personnel tres aimable. Seul point négatif : L'acces au wifi qui n'est pas au niveau des prestations de l'hotel..

Historic hotel downtown
Nice hotel located in a historic building. Stucco, fireplaces, wooden flooring... give an edge to the place. However curtains were dusty and beds not so comfortable. The door communicating between the rooms being very thin we could hear everything what our neighbors said. Likewise for them I suppose. Special positive point for the Napoleon themed decoration.

Hotel donnant sur la place santa novella. Toit terrasse avec superbe vue sur Florence malheureusement sans bar. Personnel efficace et très courtois. Petit désagrément sonore du à la ventilation mais le personnel est intervenu immédiatement mais sans pouvoir malheureusement réglé le problème

別館を予約したら、口コミ通り玄関が下水の匂いで気分が悪くなった。 別館は本館とは全く別の建物でアパート面の一室だった。 入り口の鍵はとても開きにくく、本館まで行ってベルボーイをお願いして開けてもらった 本館の施設は使っても良いとのことだったが、何があるかもわからず、結局朝食以外で本館に行くことはなかった。 次回は本館に泊まろうと思う。 別館は全くお勧めしない。

This is a top-notch hotel - beautiful location, with lovely design touches and luxurious rooms. The breakfast room, bar, Napoleon-themed smoking room, all were gorgeous, and the view from the rooftop terrace was spectacular. Would highly recommend to anyone! We felt spoiled.

Otroligt vacker hotell, fantastiskt frukostutbud, enastående service från personalen när KLM tappade bort mitt baggage. Tyst i rummet trots att hotellet har en bar och ligger så centralt. Enda besvikelse var avsaknaden av spa. Hotellet har en bastu, det är inte en spa. Men som sagt, väldigt fint hotell som håller hög standard vad gäller hygienprodukter, städning, personal...

Sehr gepflegtes und ansprechendes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es war Alles sehr sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Sehr zentrale Lage, um Florenz zu Fuß zu erkunden. Auch von Flughafen mit der Straßenbahn sehr gut und günstig zu erreichen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

This is a wonderfully located well maintained hotel, within a walking distance from the train station. The staff is excellent and very helpful with guides. They also helped with restaurant reservations - all good recommendations.

This is the best hotel we stayed during our Italy trip. The family room is perfect. Hotel staff is very welcoming. I love the fresh flowers and the decor of the hotel. Location is close to everything.
