Les chambres sont très confortables et très bien décorées, et au calme. Le quartier est très sympa. Claudia est très serviable, attentionnée et arrangente. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et bon. Aucun point négatif! A recommander fortement!

Drom Florence is such a special place! Truly feels like a Tuscan oasis within this beautiful city. Claudia and Antonio are lovely hosts and ensure their guests are comfortable and taken care of. Claudia is also easy to contact via WhatsApp, which we appreciated. Our room was decorated beautifully and so spacious! The breakfast each morning was laid out with such care, wonderful way to start each day. Even on the mornings we had an early start, she would take time to lay out some croissants for us the night before. Really thoughtful! The property itself is safe, very secure, and super easy to walk anywhere in Florence. We would highly recommend staying here and cannot wait to return!!

The room was clean and cosy with plenty of storage and good facilities. Location is perfect. Far enough away from the busy centre to be much quieter but easily walkable to the tourist spots. Drom is right on the doorstep of trendy Oltrarno, which was our favourite area to eat and drink as has a much more chilled out vibe than the main tourist areas. Claudia is a great host. We had a warm, friendly welcome when we arrived to check in. She even offered an additional towel / sheet change to suit the length of our stay. We tried some of Claudia's restaurant recommendations which were excellent. We would definitely stay here again

Very cute property, different from many places in Italy. The breakfast that was brought in the morning was a little small, could have a few more options that are filling but it was very nice for the staff to bring it into the room as it was cold outside. Many touristy places are quite a walk away, even food and drinks are a bit of a walk. Owner was accommodating with check in time as our trains were severely delayed

The property was very clean, newly renovated bathroom, well equipt, in a quiet setting. The owner and the property manager were very friendly. Location was excellent, walkable to all major attractions (10 min. walking distance to Ponte Vecchio) several Trattorias and and stores near by.

Charmful place
The room was super amazing, spacy, clean and organised. Close to the bus station (3 min walk). Calm and beautiful areal. Claudia , the host, is an amazing person. She was very welcoming and happy. Also we had bad accident during our stay, we forgot our bad in the bus. Claudia took the initiative and helped us by going to each bus station and reporting to the police, by the end of the day she found the bag by herself and saved us.

Gorgeous owner, so organised and friendly at the same time. Loved the room, spotless and not your typical hotel room. Breakfast great and we enjoyed the courtyard setting in the shade. Highly recommend and may return with husband in the future.

The property a beautiful village inside the beautiful city of Firenze ( Florence). Claudia is very humble friendly and cooperative with information about the city. This B&B is excellent. Claudia the property owner is such a loving and welcoming person, she will make you feel at home. Location is great, celan and safe. You can get by foot to any of the main attractions with no problem. I highly recome this B&B.

Excellent location Claudia (owner) is beautiful
We had an incident upon check-in due communication and our phone didn't work in Italy but it all worked out....lost part of a day due to it but overall we had a good stay and LOVE Florence and Claudia is wonderful. Best host ever. Recommend to have phone service when out of the USA so there isn't miscommunication. Got checked in about 10pm instead of 7pm after riding the train all day so was exhausted and a day gone but we did get a full day in Florence. Thanks Claudia we really enjoyed you!!!!! :)

Thank you for your feedback, it is always very helpful for us! Yes it is definetely right we give the possibility to rent either the Bedroom alone ( called: Comfort Room) or the entire apartment , obviously the latter option would be more expensive. Guests can choose either options when they make their reservation. Upon their arrival, if Guests change their mind and love to have the entire apartment, we are alwaysvvery happy to offer them this chance changing the reservation. When Guests book just the "Comfort Room", breakfast is not incleded in the rate. Maybe you are confusing the cleaner who, you are right, doesn't speak any english, with me (the owner). I was there everyday checking if everything was alright with you. Looking forward to seeing you again at the Drom. I will be very happy to offer you a breakfast!

On the fringe of the action
For those who enjoy exploring by foot and being away from the hustle, this location is excellent. A all times I felt safe walking to and from the accommodation at all hours of the day/night. I would caution which room you stay in as there is an automatic gate which is noisy if you were to be in the adjoining room. Rooms with joining walls, you will hear the conversation in the next room. I stayed 5 nights, it suited my needs with access to a small fridge and kettle important. Private bathroom good condition.

Joining wall between those two rooms have been built with the standard anti-noise system. We would apreciated a lot to help you in that situation asking our other Guests not to talk so loud..! Silence at Drom Florence is apreciated by all our Guests and we care a lot. It really seems to be in the countryside and not in town! For the gate, you are definetely right: it has now been repaired. This is by far the worst hotel experience of my life. I was inundated with whatsapp messages from Claudia on the morning of my stay. Despite informing expedia of my late check-in (10pm) well in advance, Claudia requested that I pay a late check-in fee of €25, which according to her was very clear on expedia's website (it wasn't by the way!). I contacted expedia who were excellent, immediately apologised and credited my account with €25 euros as a resolution. I informed Claudia immediately yet she continued to bombard me with extremly rude messages up until arrival. On check-in she was abrupt and very hostile in her behaviour and continued sending me messages even on check-out... here's one... "Ahahah. The worst npolite person ever met. Small details are very important. Somebody should have taught to you. And these are not small details. I understand now many things about your check-in." I would urge anyone not to stay here, Caudia is unprofessional, insulting and should not work in a customer facing role. The irony of it all is I wasn't even asked to pay the late check-in fee on arrival!! So all that belittling for nothing!

Very charming, great communication. It’s located about 10 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Very clean with a cool, modern bathroom. Comfortable bed with 2 pillows. Host was great. Would stay there again.

Such a wonderful stay we had a Drom Florence! A really lovely welcoming and Claudia was so helpful, even though she was going out of town while we were staying, she was more than happy for us to contact her for any queries or questions. Antonia was also, so friendly and helpful. The apartment was so homely, clean and comfortable. Short distance from all the main attractions! We can’t recommend this place enough!

Best stay in Italy. Nice host, beautiful room, and beautiful garden!!! No complaints. (Also, easy to access piazzale michelangelo) I would stay here again when I visit firenze again.
