« Evening staff when we went to check in was unhelpful to the process. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queens. They changed one of our rooms to a king and made to call management to fix and change it back, second room information was never updated, told the other party members who arrived hours before myself that their room doesn't exist. Had to spend an hour on the phone trying to fix the problem and $900 extra dollars on booking a new hotel for the rest of out party because they were sold out. Left...

« Breakfast hours end a bit early for west coasters and the food was average (not a problem though). Not the most comfortable mattress but we slept OK. Elevator old and slow. Pool closed last of the time for maintenance. Pretty good value overall, which was what we wanted for a four night stay. »

« Bon confort, cependant le divan-lit n'avait pas été nettoyé en dessous ni dans les cracks car nous avons trouvé un bas et du mangé et ce fût compliqué d'avoir des draps pour celui-ci. Pas eu de nouvelles serviettes ni débarbouillette pendant le séjour. Pour le restant, sensiblement bien. »

« Check in scheduled for 4pm, we arrived at 7:30pm only to not have a room ready. Although the gentleman at the desk was apologetic, we still had to wait about 30 minutes for a room. We then decided to grab a quick bite in the lobby restaurant, and waited about an hour for ice cold chicken wings.
