« Exactly what our family needed in terms of location, accommodations and cost. Old school OC cottage with friendly host and quiet street. Great front porch and side yard for hanging out. Walk to the beach or ice cream or dinner. Longer walk or short drive to the bustle of the boardwalk. Great memories with the kids. Definitely would do it again. »

« Our stay at Ginny’s was honestly perfect. We were able to check in a little bit earlier than expected, Ginny met us and we were able to chat for a little bit and get acquainted with the place. We loved using the private terrace loungers after a day at the beach. The location is just a few steps from the sand. The location was perfect--walking distance to both the ocean and the bay-side dog beach at Taylor Ave, along with all the great dining options Beach Haven has to offer. « I had a wonderful week long stay. The house was adorable but listing pictures were very deceiving. The upstairs twin bed bedroom looks nothing like it’s pictures. The absolute best part of this rental is the porch with a locking gate and lots of seating. There’s also a shared courtyard, with lots of seating and a fenced in yard for the dogs to use. The owner of the property is willing to do whatever she needs to do to make your stay enjoyable and offers beach supplies to use during your visit. »
