« First experience with VRBO. So we went for a supper host to make sure we are getting what we see. Place is very close to beach, excellent for that. It says parking available but in reality, it is in the street, in busy season, may not be that obvious to find parking. But what we did not like was the furniture, old and dirty. « Great little beach house only blocks from the shore! Perfect for a long weekend. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Host was great and easy to work with. Only complaint was lack of cleaning supplies. We have messy kids and the house didn’t come with basic cleaning supplies. We needed to improvise a broom and dustpan! Minor stuff, not even enough to knock it off 5 stars! »

The renting on Vrbo was a little confusing nothing to do with the owner or property, but checking out I was charged 1,000$ extra I guess for incidentals?? I guess I didn’t read correctly about that somewhere which gave me an over draft paying for the place. So just make sure you read the fine print somewhere...

« The place was quite charming. Proximity and walking distance to downtown is exceptional. You can be to just about anywhere within downtown Lambertville within 10-12 minutes. Hosts are quite responsive. The house is quite beautiful, lots of details. We’d recommend brighter lighting and disclose that the TV is a tiny one located in the far corner of kitchen toward ceiling, making it unconducive to LRoom movie watching. »

« We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. It is a small cottage - one bedroom, combined living room/kitchen area and one bathroom but it had all the essentials for a quick girls weekend. A little cramped with two adults and two kids, but it was expected and met our expectations. Everything was clean, location to the beach was great and the two complimentary beach tags were a nice touch. Owner was responsive and helpful. »
