« This was a beautiful, well equipped condo in what has become our favorite building in Breck. The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker). For those two points, this is a 5-star condo unit. However, I have downgraded this unit due to (1) maintenance issues which to me affected the unit's cleanliness and (2.) inaccuracy of the listing. « Great location on peak 8. Walk across the street, ski down to Snowflake lift or to the parking lot and a small walk to the gondola. Then ski back at the end of the day on 4 o'clock. Bit of a hike back up from town. Glad we had a car. »
