« We've got handi room and we are not handi. Why ? Hôtel is ok for the price. »

« Very nice and very good room and staff »

« It was excellent value, comfy and cosy. Loved that there was a bath AND shower (useful if you break your wrist so bath is the only option). Staff were really nice and helpful, and cheered me up after hospital with hot chocolate. No food as out of season (so check first if you want breakfast). I would go back though as great base for walks »

« A lovely central spot in the heart of Richmond. Staff were excellent and the breakfast is exceptional with local produce used. Would highly recommend »

« Un bel établissement avec des chambres très bien entretenue, décoration à l’ancienne. Le bar et restaurant permettent d’en profiter encore plus. »

« Very friendly wellcoming. Lovely breakfest and diner. To much disturbed by a kitchen fan wich makes a lot of noice at night. Some night he wasn't turned off. He went on hole night. »

Breakfast was good. The bar area is well presented with a good mix of locals and tourists to talk to. Room attended to daily. The local town is very pleasant. Some great coffee shops and pubs. »

Elle était impeccablement propre, décorée avec goût dans un style moderne et épuré et offrait une vue à couper le souffle sur les collines verdoyantes. Le lit était confortable, et après une...

« I've stayed here, overnight, on two occasions in the last month. During both stays I have come down for a continental breakfast either at 7.45am or 8.30am only to find the through door into the breakfast area was locked and no one around to give access. This meant I had to go to a nearby shop to buy breakfast at an extra cost to me even though it was already part of my booking cost. On both occasions complained afterwards to the pub manager and received no apology as he stated breakfast was at...
