« This cabin was beautiful. The views of the frozen lake WOW! It was so close the ski resort we were able to come back and relax eat and head back up in no time at all. Only issue we had was the driveway is at a slope and was iced over. We didn’t notice and when leaving we couldn’t stop and slid into a snowbank and that in an SUV. Did some damage but nothing major. Just something to be aware of. And we are from Iowa so ice and snow is nothing new to us. »

« The house is located in a beautiful location. It’s very private. The house itself is spacious and nice, but it was kind of dirty. The carpets were not clean and there were mice in the basement. We probably wouldn’t stay there again although we had a nice time. »

« The location of the cabin is great! Great access to the Ruedi Reservoir and Frying Pan River. Place could be a bit cleaner as there is a bit of a mice problem, but not something I can complain too much about. Would still recommend as the cabin is nice spot to get away into nature. »

« We came here for a friend’s ski trip (11 of us) and had an absolutely wonderful time. Great amenities, PLENTY of space, and we used the spa area daily. You will need a 4WD car to get up the hill in the winter, and it’s not that walkable to the bus in the winter (because of the hill), but with cars it was totally fine. Avantstay hosted is very well. »
