« Checking awful.we were not registered. I booked a room premium with balcony. Room dark up the ski store rental with no view and no balcony.the worst room in the hotel i guess.when we check out they charged the 2 nights!! Forget the check in team at aspen st regis. »

« Staff was really nice and the room was lovely. But
it was NOISY! I don’t know what was going on every night but there were people yelling and talking so loud we could literally hear them through the window from the third floor. Had no idea Aspen had that kind of wild night life but we barely slept the two nights we were there. It’s a shame because it’s really cute and very well-located. Down side - there is no hotel parking and it was very difficult to park! »
