« Checking awful.we were not registered. I booked a room premium with balcony. Room dark up the ski store rental with no view and no balcony.the worst room in the hotel i guess.when we check out they charged the 2 nights!! Forget the check in team at aspen st regis. »

« This wasn’t just an excellent location but the host was incredibly thoughtful in all the additional little things that were included. They provided things such as a bag of coffee and assortment of teas, dish soap as well as a sponge, laundry detergent, full shower soaps (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) skin lotion and even slippers! We had friends rent the ski-in / ski-out home and they had nothing! We are looking forward to staying here again. »

« Location was perfect - can walk to everything. Having garage parking is a huge plus. The unit was super cute. My only negative is that the bedding and pillows are low end. I would suggest nicer pillows - like goose down or down alternative that aren’t so big and stiff, and some nicer quality sheets. »
