Spacious & Quiet Durham NC 3 BR Home Near Duke

Looking for a nice and quiet place to stay? Relax with loved once at our peaceful home. Close to Eno River State Park, I-85 & I-40, Duke, NCCU and the downtown Durham scene. Quaint & artsy Hillsborough, Chapel Hill, UNC and Carrboro are a short drive.
The space
Lots of parking are available next to the main house or in front of the detached garage apartment unit.

Guest will have full access to the main house, 3 bedroom, 1 full bath and half bath, living room, kitchen, office/study area, dinning , laundry, patio etc.

Wireless internet login information will be in the house welcome book, and on the wall in the living room. We have Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video etc.

The master bedroom is huge with a king size bed.

Very specious for kid to run around and adults to take mini walks.

Guest access
We leave the door to the patio unlocked. Key will be on top of the kitchen counter for you to use throughout your stay.

If you have additional question about the access, please let us know. We are a stone throw away.

Alfred is your main contact and is quick to answer your message in the application and to provide any assistance to make your stay worry free and comfortable.

We have a detached storage shed at the back of the house which we or our employees access from time to time to get parts and supplies. We will let you know if or when we will need to access the storage shed during your stay.
