Charmante maison avec une belle vue sur la mer

L'appartement Lise est situé au deuxième étage de notre maison familiale, sur une petite colline appelée Montovijerna, au milieu de Dubrovnik.
C'est le quartier le plus calme, plein de végétation, au centre mais assez loin de la foule.
Le centre historique de la vieille ville est situé à environ 1500 mètres de notre maison et c'est seulement 15 minutes de promenade agréable au-dessus de la mer.
Le port de Gruz est à environ 1500 mètres, et une belle plage de sable est à seulement 200 m de notre maison.
Notre appartement se compose de deux chambres doubles, salon spacieux avec un lit supplémentaire, cuisine entièrement équipée, salle de bains avec WC et WC séparément. L'appartement est climatisé et il est équipé de TV satellite et Internet sans fil.
Il dispose de 3 balcons et une grande terrasse avec vue inoubliable voir.
Nous pouvons également vous proposer ces services:
- un transfert si vous arrivez à Dubrovnik par avion, par bateau ou en bus

Magnifique appartement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour A Dubrovnik et c’est grâce à cette maison, Lise et son mari étaient d’une gentillesse et toujours attentionné avec nous et nos 3 enfants, nous avons été très bien accueillis, et Lise nous a même fait un excellent gâteau pour les 2 ans de notre fille... l’appartement est très bien équipé’ il y’a tous ce dont on a besoin, avec la climatisation dans les chambre et au salon. La terrasse avec cette magnifique vue permet de finir une belle journée en famille. Si nous retournons à Dubrovnik, ça sera chez Lise et son mari sans hésitation. Ils nous ont également conseillé pour les visites et ils se sont occupés de nous réserver le van pour l’aéroport aller et retour’ c’etait Parfait, nous en gardons un excellent souvenir...

Bon emplacement et très bel accueil

L'appartement est très bien situé à une petite vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre historique (possibilité de s'y rendre via la côte ou par les petites ruelles surplombant la route) ainsi que du nouveau port (pratique pour les arrivées et les départs de bateau ou pour faire son marché) La vue du balcon sur l'adriatique est superbe et dégagée. L'ensemble est propre et fonctionnel. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui vous reçoivent comme un membre de la famille. De très bon conseil, ils vous dévoilent leurs coups de cœur gastronomique comme les petits endroits sympas à visiter.

Lovely appartment

We stayed in this lovely appartment for a week. The views from the balconies are fantastic and the appartment is spacious with everything thoughtfully provided. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hosts Noemi and Vlaho were great hosts, collecting us from the airport, made us delicious homemade cake for arriving and leaving and gave us tips for our stay. Thank you to both of you, we had a lovely holiday.

Superb base for Dubrovnik stay

Brilliant stay. About a 15min walk outside of the Pile Gate and old city, also possible to catch a bus to the same location. Upstairs fully contained flat - owners very nice and live downstairs - full privacy and amazing views from multiple balconies. Unit is spacious, immaculately clean, two bathrooms and bedrooms, plenty of space for a couple.

Fantastic Apartment and Fantastic Hosts!

We had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the location was good. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, very helpful and communication was great. We would very highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to stay again if we come back to Dubrovnik. First class!

Lovely apartment with great views

Spacious and quiet top floor apartment with great views of Dubrovnik and the sea. Perfect location to be close enough to walk to the old town. All basics are provided for self catering. The owners live downstairs and are very helpful with any info you might need. They also keep a close eye on the apartment. Airport pick up and drop off can be arranged. Would highly recommend.

Hosts with the Most!

Vlaho and Noemi were warm, caring, friendly hosts. When asked, they had vast amounts of valuable information to share. Make sure to take advantage of their vast local knowledge. If offered, take them up on coffee or beer. Their place had everthing we needed including panchos and umbrellas(which Noemi gladly offered) for an unexpected rainy May. Their place is a nice 3/4 walk to the Old Town and close to local supermarkets. Their place is perfect for two couples or a large family. Vlaho i Noemi, puno vam hvala!

Beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea from your private deck. Just a short 15 minute walk to Old Town. All of the comforts of home, including fresh sweet bread on arrival. Very welcoming and helpful owners.

Perfekter Städtetripp

Dubrovnik ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert! Das Apartment Lise liegt sehr zentral und ist ein guter Startpunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Die kroatische Gastfreundschaft wird hier absolut gelebt, inklusive herzlicher Begrüßung und bei Bedarf ein gemeinsamer Kaffee oder Absacker am Abend. Die großzügige Wohnung hat einen wundervollen Blick über die Stadt und ihre Küste. Jeder Zeit sehr gerne wieder!

Absolutely Perfect

Our stay was about as wonderful as anyone would hope for. Our hosts were charming and did everything possible to make our stay and transit to and from the airport effortless. The apartment was exactly as pictured and meticulously clean. We had the best balcony overlooking toward the city and coastline. Better yet, it was to the side of the apartment and so shaded in the afternoon and evening but still maximizing the view. It’s a 20 minute walk to the Old Town but it’s not complicated. Given the crowds nearer, you will be very glad you stayed here!

Das war bis jetzt warscheinlich unser beste Urlaub. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die lage ist ruhig mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Ales ist zu fuß erreichbar, klein Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäckerei, Restaurants, Strand und Dubrovnik Altstad. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht. Also, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Perfect location, house and hosts.

The house was spacious, clean and had a fantastic balcony with a great location. The hosts were amazingly accommodating, friendly and helpful. They gave us good tips on our travel plans and helped answer any questions we had. They both went above and beyond what we would hope for. The garden was great and nice to look around. I will miss the hosts and Dubrovnik.

Gracious Hosts, great location, beautiful view

This is a lovely two bedroom apartment with a second small bathroom off the hallway, which is ever so useful. The living room is cozy and elegant, and the view is beautiful, which you can enjoy from either of two balconies, both with chairs and a table. There are two small markets nearby where you can get everything you will need to cook dinner. One day I was looking for chicken breasts, and though I was too late for the fresh ones, they still had frozen ones, which were perfect. Noemi and her husband are welcoming, thoughtful (thank you for all your special treats Noemi), and extremely helpful with great information about the area. You do not need a car for Dubrovnik (and parking is impossible), but if you do have a vehicle, your hosts will ensure that you have a coveted spot in which to park your car.

This is a very roomy apartment with wonderful access to outdoor space. Noemi and Vlaho were wonderful hosts. They were very helpful with arranging transportation and out of town excursions. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Good people and a gòod home

First was the friendliness of our hosts. We were greeted with warmth and kindness. It was clear that they wanted us to have a most pleasant stay. Secondly, their house is lovely with plenty of space. A fine kitchen, comfortable living room and balcony perfect for having a meal while enjoying a wonderful view all contribute to a great travel experience. And the garden here is very attractive. Thirdly, this is a good location. It is an easy walk to the Old Town. Although we never used a bus, I believe that it is easy to do so. A bakery and necessary groceries are nearby. We were also able to walk to the fish and green markets. We can certainly highly recommend Apartment Lise.

Beautiful home and super friendly hosts..

We were on our first trip to Croatia and the welcome we received from Valo and Noemi was lovely. Valo picked us up from the airport, giving us great info about the Old City and the country as we travelled about 20 minutes from the airport to the home. When we arrived we met Valo's lovely wife Noemi. We saw round the property, received baket treats, were shown how everything worked and left to get settled with an open invitation to call down for coffee at any time - which we did on a couple of occasions. The host really made this part of our trip, guiding us with info on the area, recommendations for restaurants, bringing us to the port on 2 occasions, helping us decide the best route to go on the second part of our holiday to split, arranging tours for us and bringing us back to the airport for our final destination. Thanks to you both.. Re the property, the house is spotlessly clean and about a 15 minute walk into the old town. You can make the journey shorter by taking the bus part way. There are amazing views of the mountains, you can see the cable car going up and down, and the sea views are fabulous.. I would recommend this property as a great base and the welcome you receive will make the trip a great memory. We hope to be back.

Amazing views and hosts!

Very welcoming hosts with Vlaho picking us up at the airport and dropping us off at the catamaran and Noemi welcoming us in with pastries, coffee and juice. The apartment was spacious, meticulously clean and the views were amazing!!! Highly recommend Apartment Lise!

This apartment easily deserves 5 stars , it is ideally situated within walking distance of the old town and restaurants. The views from the balcony are stunning. The hosts, Vlaho and Noemi, are the loveliest people. Vlaho picked us up from the airport and from the minute we met he gave us so much information on the area and how to get about. On arrival Noemi had made us cakes and we felt very welcome. They sorted excursions for us and even drove us to the port for our boat trip. I would highly recommend a stay here and we would love to return in the future to apartment Lise .

Fantastic property with lovely sea views and a very walm welcome from the owners,

We spent a week at Apartment Lise with our 2 teenage sons and really enjoyed staying in this lovely property which had sea views from both our balcony in the main bedroom and the lounge. We were warmly welcomed by the owners and left with juice and cake to settle in - what a welcome to Dubrovnik! We also were invited for coffee so that Noemi and Vlaho could help us organize car hire for us to tour a bit more of Croatia on our last day which is really worth it if you want to see the fantastic coastline. The apartment is fantastic with a large fridge freezer, washing machine and air conditioning in the bedrooms and the lounge. It's location in Dubrovnik is ideal for either catching a bus into the Old Town or the New Harbour with the beach within walking distance. Be prepared for lots of steps in Dubrovnik but it is truly a beautiful city and staying in this apartment made our week just perfect! Thank you.
