« There is no checkin reception & you need to self checkin with a code which i was never informed, The room service was pathetic & they informed its only available from 10 am - 6 pm & was not provided the basic water service in the room, the wifi was the poorest i have ever seen, after requesting for improving it there was no response & i requested to get the router placed in the room which never happened. »

« Die Wohnung, die Aussicht und dass es einen privaten Strand hat fanden wir sehr gut. Jedoch gab es für ein Gebäude, dass 45 Stockwerke besitzt nur 12 Sonnenliegen am Strand, was nicht nachvollziehbar war. Es gab jegliche Diskussionen von anderen Besuchern mit dem Strandpersonal, dass dafür null verantwortlich war. Des Weiteren war in der Wohnung nur der Staubsauger zu beanstanden, weshalb wir die Wohnung in den 2W nicht saugen konnten. »

« I can honestly say this has been the best place to stay at ever ! So myself my wife and our 3 kids stayed at this beautifully presented, so clean, villa for 7 days and we all loved it so much. Modern decor and furniture, comfortable sofas and beds, spacious and just great vibes all round. The pool is great. Kept clean by the pool cleaners regularly, the kids loved it. The host is responsive and helpful. The manager also efficient and helpful. Absolutely no complaints. Great vibes. Thank you. »

« On arrival, we were put into the wrong apartment for the first night. We then changed to the apartment that had been advertised. It wasn’t as clean as we are used to especially in Dubai; the floor and sofa was stained and the glass on the balcony was filthy. My biggest concern was that we didn’t have gas throughout the trip so if we did wasn’t to cook, it would have been difficult. There was no kettle either so we could not boil water. This was resolved with a kettle being supplied to us but...

"Un hôtel qui vaut ces 5 étoiles . Le personnel et tout simplement extra pro aimable fantastique et surtout Disponible à tous moments, le plus plus c est que le personnel est doublé vous serez jamais dans l’attente et cerise sur le gâteau mon vol étais prévu tard le soir j’ai le droit à un Check out tardive , bien sûr car ma chambre était pas réservé par un autre client . La chambre : vous vous croyez au Maldives et cerise n’est pas une blague je suis quelqu’un qui a fait énormément de pays et Dubaï c’est m’a 3eme fois avec 3 hôtels différent mais celui ci il est unique dans son genre alors j’ai eu un bon prix car c’était septembre 2026 les prix des hôtels etait abordable mais même au prix de hauts saisons si il le faut je retournerais ICI . Le petit déjeuner : l’un des meilleurs . Identiques pour le personnel et la qualité des produits sont INCROYABLES. Piscine : amazing 朗 Négatif : je dirais seulement la tv je préfère une légèrement plus grande est collé au mur c’est plus classe mis à part ce petit détail c’était parfait 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Bravo à toutes l’équipe."

He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. His outstanding service made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Ranjith is a real asset to the hotel, and we are very grateful for everything he did for us. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Dubai."
