Our charming 1-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The 24/7 concierge will greet you as you walk in. Other treats include a gym, playgrounds, and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

The spacious open-plan living room has a dining table for enjoying meals, cable TV, Netflix, Prime Video, and a balcony for morning coffee. We’ve even installed free Wi-Fi so you can catch up on emails and social media.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary tools to prepare a meal Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the comforts of home with touches of elegance and coziness. Of course, a washing machine and dishwasher are also at your disposal, making your stay even more convenient.

The apartment fits four people comfortably; we'll leave you to fight over who has the king bed.

SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed made up, please notify me no later than 48 hours before check-in. You can make this request through the Airbnb platform. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee that the linens and towels will be provided or that the housekeeping staff will make up the sofa bed. Please prioritize this, as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs, there is a one-time rental charge of AED 150 per item.

FOLDABLE CHAIR & DESK:
If you require a foldable chair and desk, there is a one-time rental charge of AED 150.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:

A/C TEMPARATURE:
Please note that, as Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) recommended, the A/C temperature will vary between 20°C and 24°C, depending on the temperature outside and the control panel settings.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first two bags and AED 50 for each bag after that. Baggage storage times are 9 am—9 pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend booking no later than 48 hours before to secure your space.
