The room was in fact an apartment, was quite small - but not too uncomfortable.
The hotel was very big and quite crowded (lots of children) - not great for a couple's stay. I guess it can be good for a family stay with children (given the pool/aquapark, etc.).
The location is quite far from the center, but convenient to access the mountain (and good for skying I guess).

« It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasnât really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. Weâre heavy sleepers so itâs wasnât a problem for us, but itâs not quite âsoundproofâ as the listing says. Thatâs the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...
« Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They donât offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing. »

The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isnât entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when youâre in Bansko out of the season.
