Cependant, sa localisation reste problématique car il y a trop de bruit surtout quand la boite de nuit ouvre ses portes car cela peut durer toute la journée voir la nuit entière donc bon courage pour ceux qui ne prévoient pas de boules quies. « It has a lot of spiders in the house and Annex. The Annex building was not very clean. The hot tub had an error code and didn’t work. The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet properly so kept moving (very annoying with little children). It does not have a dishwasher as listed in Vrbo. The location is great for taking the kids to Cadburys world and the safari park. The pub opposite was great for food. It would be better to put a seating area outside on the patio area. »

« The host experience was excellent, they were very helpful and we have no issue with the management company. When we arrived after travelling 12hrs with 2 small children and a baby the house had no heating or hot water on. We arrived at 10.30pm, the floors were all sticky and the smell of urine when we opened the front door was shocking and we didn’t expect that!We had to wash the floors so the children could play safely. Again not what we expected. The double bed had no mattress or pillow...

« We were a group of four friends traveling for a wedding - one couple and two singles. The house was right sized for us with 2.5 baths. In a great location able to walk to the high street in 10 minutes, to the shops and restaurants in Acton Fields in 10 minutes, and the train station in 20. Parking was a bit confusing but it seemed to work out, and we only had one car. Really nice garden out back with comfy seating. »

"Suite à un quiproquo en interne sur la chambre initialement prévue (la chambre n'avait pas de lit car était prévue pour une conférence les jours suivants), après leur avoir signalé le personnel à l'accueil s'est excusé immédiatement et m'a surclassé dans une chambre supérieure au dernier étage. Équipements propres et bien entretenus, le petit déjeuner est excellent et tout le personnel que j'ai eu l'occasion de croiser à été extrêmement attentionné. J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci de votre accueil."
