« Het verblijf was schoon, ruim van opzet en erg compleet m.b.t. de uitrusting. Een zeer grote tuin met heel veel privacy. Erg veel vogels en eekhoorns gezien. Vanuit het huisje kun je direct de natuur in lopen of fietsen. In de buurt is erg veel te zien. Binnen een half uur ben je bij de kust of rij je in het natuurgebied de Dartmoor. Echt een aanraderz »

« A fantastic property set in quiet, idyllic surroundings. A great layout and had all mod cons that you could think of. The pictures do not do it justice and we will definitely be back. Our only issue which was out of the owners control which was a power cut to all of the surrounding area due to Storm Darragh, but they were on hand to do everything they could to assist during it. »

« A stunning home. Fabulous views. Beautifully appointed with 4 spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and a wonderful kitchen and living area that had the best sea views. The gym was really well equipped and a great bonus. The garden is enclosed and was perfect for our dog too. Outside patios and balconies made the most of some great weather. »

« This property was in a great location near to sea and town centre. It has good seating areas for socialising in the lounge and garden and the smaller conservatory was also a bonus during poor weather. Ian’s communication was good and told us everything we needed to know. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we come back to teignmouth. »

« Lovely, cosy cottage with everything we needed. Sheldon is a beautiful village where there are a few local shops and places to eat and drink. We visited the Ness caves which were only a short walk from the cottage and Teignmouth where there are lots of shops and a long beach front. Local park near by which was ideal for the children, also having the parking space was very beneficial. We look forward to our next visit. X »

« We had such a wonderful time staying here. The house is great, very clean with everything we needed and the location ideal for walking down to the sea or popping over the bridge into Teignmouth. It’s really spacious and very child friendly (we have a 3 year old and 5 month old). Also the communication with the owners was fantastic - we most definitely will be back!! »
