« This property was in a great location near to sea and town centre. It has good seating areas for socialising in the lounge and garden and the smaller conservatory was also a bonus during poor weather. Ian’s communication was good and told us everything we needed to know. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we come back to teignmouth. »

« A fantastic property set in quiet, idyllic surroundings. A great layout and had all mod cons that you could think of. The pictures do not do it justice and we will definitely be back. Our only issue which was out of the owners control which was a power cut to all of the surrounding area due to Storm Darragh, but they were on hand to do everything they could to assist during it. »

« What an amazing house , 16 adults and 2 children celebrating our xmas get together: clean , spacious, indoor heated swimming pool hot tub and the cinema room was a bonus as we had some awful weather : short drive to some lovely seaside towns : and The Clipper was an excellent restaurant : The host has been amazing and very accommodating 10 /10 »

« We loved our stay here. The cottage was very beautiful and comfortable with all mod cons. Such a gorgeous spot on Dartmoor. Very unspoilt and quiet. Perfect country getaway. The wet weather didn't dampen our spirits when we were surrounded by beautiful Dartmoor. Would love to return one day! »

« The Shippon had everything our 3 generational family needed for a fabulous stay. En suite bedrooms were of a good standard, the accommodation although open plan was warm and welcoming. There were plenty of glasses, cutlery and crockery and the welcome pack was a nice touch too. »

« First class property, superbly equipped. The information provided in advance was also great and as good as we have seen for a long time.The family also enjoyed the pool and the children's play area.Our only disappointment was that there were no footpaths local to the property that we could use for a walk, but that is not a fault with the property.We would recommend the property without reservation. »
