« We were very impressed with the size of the property, decoration, king size beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy, Will was helpful and on hand whether we had any issues. The garden was very spacious and beautiful with country views in every direction. Plenty of on-site parking. « This was our second visit. We love it because of the location. Just off the motorway but far enough to have peace and quiet. Beautiful area with lots to sed and do. Host is amazing. Everything you need is provided including a beautiful welcome pack. »

« We had a lovely week staying in this comfortable cottage. It had everything we needed for our stay, and so peaceful. The garden was perfect for a dog, really secure, and then all the woodlands around for walking meant we didn’t have to travel anywhere if we didn’t want to! Nikki was very friendly, helpful and easy to contact. »

« We loved our stay at Rock House Cottage. It was super cute and cozy and had everything we needed plus lots of thoughtful extras from the hosts like bread, milk and jams. Excellent walking from the cottage or jump in the car to explore further a field. There is lots of information in the cottage of attractions and walking across Devon. Nice enclosed garden for our dog and with furniture to make use of the space. Communication from the hosts before our arrival was excellent. Nice pub a mile...

« L'hôtel est très bien placé (à 2 minutes de la gare et du centre), simple et propre. Petit inconvénient pour la salle de bain partagée : au 1er étage pour une chambre en rez de chaussée (néanmoins, présence d'un lavabo bien pratique dans la chambre). Le petit déjeuner est très correct (choix entre anglais et continental, fruits frais,...). Intérêt particulier (aux beaux jours) : une piscine à l'arrière, dans le jardin... Bon rapport qualité-prix... Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir. »

« This is my fifth visit to Wisteria cottage in as many years, which says it all really! Ideally situated, dedicated parking space (up the hill), short walk to train station (up the hill) and even nearer to buses, and short walk to shops and restaurants. Characterful cottage well equipped, always clean, and communications with property manager (Alex) and house keeper (Claire) always excellent. »
