« The staff were professional and friendly. The room was large and spacious but we regretted the state of the bathroom ceiling which was peeling. »

The manager take the right to enter in your room while you are naked to take you out of the room even if the front desk agreed to give you a late checkout at 12:00. Police has to come to fix this situation. WHERE ARE WE TO PROCEED LIKE THIS IN A 4 STARS HOTEL IN 2023 ? No Apologies from anybody. We are still waiting the full remboursement of the reservation. »

« The young men monitoring the front desk and the dining facilities were the best! Very helpful with assistance in what was needed.The hotel was close enough to the town centre but was on a slope. The room was very clean, but the bed was also on a slight slope- that was fixed by inserting a pillow under the mattress. The duvet was kind of heavy for the summer season.This hotel was next to a primary school that was quite noisy at times. The food served at dinner was excellent. The breakfast items...

« The bedroom is really comfortable, the breakfast is delicious (I finally tried the typical English one), the hotel is very close to St David's station (less than 5 minutes walking in the rain and carrying a heavy luggage), and also to the city center. The bathroom was shared with one another bedroom, but it was cleaned quite often. »

« Hôtel très bien situé , personnel extrement sympathique . Chambre assez petite mais confortable . Un petit bémol pour la salle de bain , minuscule et peu pratique . Les serviettes ont été changées tous les jours ( nous sommes restés 5 jours) mais aucun ménage n’a été fait donc la propreté était très limité à la fin , en particulier dans la salle de bain . Un plus par contre , le petit déjeuner est excellent et les serveuses extrêmement serviables et sympathiques »
