« The cottage was warm and welcoming on arrival with lovely christmas decorations and a basket of goodies. The log burner was perfect for cold evenings. It was ideally positioned for sightseeing. The local pub across the road is ideal for an evening meal or just drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. »

« We had a lovely 2 week holiday at Oyster cottage in Shaldon, everything that was promised in the description was there. A central position in the village, a 2 minute walk to the beach, cafés, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. The botanical gardens are well worth a visit as the views are wonderful. The craft fair on the green was a lovely surprise. The little ferry between shaldon and teignmouth was a way to visit the nearby town but walking is also a possible option. A day trip...

« Lovely 2 bed cottage, with everything you need. The hosts were welcoming, and on hand if you needed anything. The area is very quiet and peaceful, the only noise we heard while there were lambs in the fields and bird song, and that was only outside; the walls of the cottage are so thick world war 3 could have started, and we wouldn't have noticed! The only draw back (for some people) is that the farm and cottage are at the end of a 2 mile long lane, which doesn't have many passing places, and...
