« Nice, clean cottage furnished to a high specification which is well of the beaten track. Family friendly with a large communal swimming pool and games room and outside play area. There is a PodPoint 7kw charging post which is charged at a very high price if you want to use it. Consequently, there were at least 4 EV/PHEVs parked on the parking lot but nobody used it. »

« If you want a quiet relaxing place this is definitely the place to go. The landlady has thought of everything in the property to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. Will definitely be going back in the future »

« Thorn Cottage is bursting with period features. Gill was very welcoming, showing us around on arrival. We ate at The Wild Goose on both nights of our stay and highly recommend both the pub and Thorn Cottage. »

« Arrived in the rain but didn’t put a dampener on our stay. Super cosy cottage, with everything that we needed. Location was perfect and with fields opposite we could let our dog have a runaround before venturing out for the day. « Beautifully clean and very comfortable cottage for family comprising three generations. Great location surrounded by beautiful mature trees and easy access to Dartmoor with lovely Brixham a little drive away. Sadly the booking process was less good. »

« An absolute gem in idyllic Ashburton, Devon! The Annexe at Amberley Farm was cozy, comfortable, beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and relaxing. The hosts truly thought of everything We were visiting friends in Ashburton recently along with our two kids, and loved having a comfortable space of our own.
