« We had a long weekend stay the house is lovely, in a quiet pretty location. Beds were nice and comfortable and the house is in a good location not far from Aldeburgh and the beach. My only slight complaint would be the house could do with a full clean I know you can't control spiders but there were quite a few cobwebs and spiders and crockery was chipped and needed replacing small things that can be rectified. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Thank you. »

« Great location, good to have two bathrooms. Showers had excellent pressure. Floors, oven and fridge very clean, as were sheets and towels. Pillows were yellow, dust under the bed, sofa, blinds and radiators (I hoovered under the bed in the double bedroom and removed dust from the radiators during our stay). Windows were very dirty and in need of cleaning outside. Kettle was full of limescale. Paintwork would have benefitted from being wiped down on some internal doors and walls. »
