Résidences de vacances à Saxmundham

« We loved our stay at the Bell. Very comfortable and friendly with great facilities. »

« Nice property in a good location. »

« We had a comfortable overnight stay (very comfortable bed!). Having been to a wedding reception that day, we didn’t want much to eat, but found just what we wanted, even though the menu is not extensive. The food was good and the fish and chips are obviously a popular choice, and looked delicious. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and friendly. »

« Plenty of room for a studio in a peaceful country setting.Well equipped with some thoughtful extras.Would have been happy to stay longer. »

« Lovely cottage near Saxmundham! Very cozy and plenty of space. We enjoyed the large tv, and off street parking. »

« Lovely old cottage and we had a great time. There are a few things guests should be aware of. We didn't realise the opening to the bedroom upstairs was only 4 feet 2 height until after booking. We managed but others might not especially if you need to get up in the night- bathroom is downstairs. As 2 guests have to sleep in the annexe 2 keys to the main front door should be provided rather than having to wait for people in main house to get up. Annexe needs a WiFi booster. Plus a small welcome...

« Positive: Clean room and comfortable bed Very good breakfasts Negative: No hot water for the whole 5 days I was there, though promised each day. Shower attachment broken so a (cold) shower was only possible by holding the shower head. The stand of one of the fans was broken The wifi in the room did not work Evening meals were not available as stated on the website - MUCH more limited menu than on their website and not available on all the evenings stated. I chose this accommodation having...

« Pros Really lovely property, clean and lovely decorated and we really enjoyed our stay. Slight niggles Outside light on arrival would be helpful (as after 4pm it’s dark this time of year). The only thing I would change is to leave by 11am instead of 10am but it’s just a slight niggle. »

« Met no staff but all arrangements good Excellent room »

« Neil and his team were perfect hosts. Our room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The meticulous attention to detail, wonderful breakfasts and very friendly and helpful hosts made our stay memorable. Thank you all. Michael and Linda »

« A beautiful property set in beautiful surroundings that had every mod con and item you could possibly need! The beds were so comfy and the ensuite shower, well wow! I did not want to get out! The water is so soft and the pressure is far more superior compared to where we live! We visited the beach too for a couple of days, which was amazing, The Trawlerman gets a mention for the best fish n chips we’ve had in a long time! We will definitely return to stay as we have family living nearby now!...

« Lovely older cottage wirh lots of character. Yes its got uneven floors and there is a steep stair to the upper bedroom but saw this on the pictures and expected that. Really well equipped and parking right outside the door. Lovely village location with good walks nearby »
