« I had to leave because the noise was unbearable. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 in the end due to the noise. We book a hotel to try and sleep in and relax. However the music from the bar was so loud. The music went on till midnight, then started again at 7am and went on the whole next day, louder at night. I had the TV on loud, and could still not hear it because of the bass/music coming from the bar. Plus the banging from the corridor of doors, especially from the...

« Très bonne expérience avec le personnel qui est aux petits soins pour vous renseigner et faire en sorte que tout se passe bien. Village calme et en même temps plein de centres d'animation. »

« Pour passer deux nuits, c'est acceptable. Nous regrettons qu'il n'y ait pas de tapis de sol, et de quoi poser nos affaires (vêtements), dans la salle de douche, bien qu'il y ait des porte manteaux fixés à la porte. Egalement, il n'est pas possible de prendre un petit déjeuner le matin, le week-end et les cafés n'ouvrent qu'à 9 h. Pour le confort du lit, je pense qu'il serait bien de mettre une nouvelle literie, on sent les ressors, pas génial pour le dos. »

« Jolie maison dans la périphérie de Birmingham avec un jardin magnifique. Beaucoup de charme. Chambres assez grandes, très propres mais un peu vieillottes et pas très insonorisées. « Loved the place. It is in middle of no-where, so connectivity poor or zero. The internet worked only in the kitchen/lobby/breakfast area and not in rooms. I am sure it is easy to fix and then it will be a great place to stay in serenity and cleanliness. The staff is very helpful. They recommend to visit a pub/restaurant in the evening and it was just excellent. great food and ambiance. »
