« Great place to stay with a warm welcome. Rob and Jan are very friendly hosts, made us feel at home. A short walk into Todmorden and had a lovely day. Had a great sleep in a very comfy bed. « The property is on the banks of a stream with the constant sound of a waterfall which gives it a certain ambience. Rooms very clean and staff very friendly end helpful. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent. Convenient bus service to and from Huddersfield stopping right outside. »
