« I did not get to stay at the OVO, I booked the wrong date (my error), but having paid Expedia for insurance that would alow me to make changes to the booking, the venue wanted to charge a handling fee that was 100% of the room cost. seeing that it would have cost me the full room cost on top of whatever the actual day would cost me I decided not to cancel and to book elsewhere. »

« The common area was clean as was the linen. Staff was non existent did not realise was a self service accomodation. Parking was there but I did not need it. The room carpet could do with shampoo and the cupboard with dusting . The bathroom fixture though looked new could do with upgrade.. . »

« Booked 2 cottages for a 50th birthday celebration. 1 of the cottages the plates were filthy and there was a musty smell. The other cottage we kept getting locked out and having to get management out to open the door. We went for an evening meal and waited over 1 hour for the food to come and when it did the food wasn't great.
