My friend was given a room with was already occupied and woke the couple that was sleeping in it! There was only a small apology. No recognition of how bad this mistake was nor any compensation provided. "
"Very nice location, you can’t beat it. The building is very beautiful too. The room is comfortable and quite clean but it was freezing. They ended up giving me another room, which was very nice of them but I was lucky it wasn’t fully booked. Breakfast is just a croissant and a tea or coffee but I knew it beforehand and you have a kitchen to do your breakfast. So all in all a good stay. "
