« The property is in desperate need of a refurbishment, the pictures look lovely but the reality is a very different story. We found glass on the carpet, mould all over the bathroom. The taps were hanging off, toilet roll holder has come off the wall and just been put in a drawer. Mould in the drawer where the bed linens are stored. Many spiders and webs about. We also had to make the beds ourselves, there weren’t enough pillow cases for the pillows. There were no instructions given to us about...

« Fabulous location, we loved the view of the marina. It was an ideal place to travel to Lancaster where our uni son lives, and up into the Lake District. The accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed. Only suggestion we have is that the master bedroom had awful pillows that are past their best due to being lumpy. They need replacing.
