« This is my second stay in this place, but this time I was offered a 1st-floor room that was not as good as my previous stay, it was not well ventilated or warm, to make things worse, it was so noisy around 4 a.m.; kids and their family were shouting and talking so loudly running around as if it was day, never recommend the first floor. The ground floor is better and more comfortable., »

« Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return! »

« Booked this for my friend’s wedding as it was walking distance to the venue! Affordable room close to the river, quiet and clean. I liked having a fridge and oven etc although we didn’t need it. Owner was great, I asked if the room had a hairdryer as my partner forgot his and he sorted us out! Would stay again if I needed to go to Preston :) »

« Unfortunately another resident was up all night shouting and banging. We finally managed to sleep around 4am. From the advertisement we thought it was the entire apartment but it was a very small room. »
