« Lots of space, comfy beds. Modern. Has some games as well in various places which was good. Hot tub also! We were looking for somewhere close to NEC, and this worked well - only 20 mins away. Host was very responsive, and advised about parking and access, all of which were easy to follow. It is on a fairly busy estate, and there is some (expected) noise of living, but this was mainly exacerbated by needing windows open (the heatwave!). lots of plugs so could plug in fans. « Host did not send any pre-details. When I finally got in touch on the mobile number they advised the property was no longer available. However the full cost was still taken by hotels.com Either the host is in the wrong or hotels.com is, but either way I was left with no accommodation and a £200 bill for literally nothing. Do not book. Absolute scam. »
