« Toll waren der wundervolle Ausblick auf Meer und Park, das neue und saubere Badezimmer, die Größe der Wohnung. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer waren etwas lieblos zusammengestellt und unbequem. z.B. Das Kunstledersofa mit dem Rücken zum Fenster, statt Richtung Ausblick...(Umstellen der Möbel war durch schriftlichen Hinweis verboten). Die Küchenausstattung war sparsam. Es fehlten diverse Utensilien, zum Beispiel Schneidebrettchen, Eierbecher, größere Salatschale, mehr als nur 1 Topf und 1 Pfanne, und...

« Inside property was clean but hallway was not so much due to seagulls and others, host could have been a bit quicker at responding. Location was very good though parking in front of property was based on first come first served but there was parking on the street which you had to pay for from 9am to 5:30pm. Bed was comfortable sofa was a two seater and very uncomfortable and wobbly. Luckily we didn’t have to spend too much time sitting on it as the tv didn’t work for the last day and a half. »

« The studio was very clean and it has everything you need, it is a quiet area with pleanty of parking 10 mim drive from the city centre. We visited for the rugby 20 min walk ftom Newcastle Redbulls. Lovely pub called the Windsor 15 min walk away. »

Roadside parking outside, or further up/down Kingsley Terrace.Walkable to city centre (25min, uphill on way back)Accommodation all on first floor or above (not mentioned in listing)Great lounge - dining table a bit of a squeeze.Most [double] beds are against a wall, so no access one side, and no bedside lamps. »
