« This place worked well for us - a group of 8, 60 years old cyclists looking for gradient friendly routes in Norfolk. It’s essentially two buildings in one in a nice location close to a decent pub. The bed bath count works for a larger group and the size of the kitchen in the Halls side meant it became the meeting place. It has basically everything you need. We messed up and lost a key and the owner was round with a spare in a couple of hours. »

« Place quite difficult to find. Sign board very small and only 30cm above ground. Water pressure in shower is extremy weak. Beautiful lovely studio but spoiled by water pressure. It summer and the unit is stuffy if the windows closed. Where’s the little fan? »

« The propeety was spacious and well equipped with quality fittings and furnishing The kitchen had everything you needed . The access to the countryside was fantastic with a public footpath leasing to local pub/ restaurant just a stones throw away . Will stay here again without hesitation !! »
