« Positives: house clean and host responded before travel with any questions. Beds and sofa comfy. Negatives: The biggest is no banister on stairs making it very dangerous for children or elderly. This is not stated on the listing. There was no first aid kit or manual. There were only 2 glasses, 2 teaspoons and insufficient breakfast bowls so we had to take turns eating breakfast. To warn you VRBO take no responsibility for their listings unless you complain whilst still in the property. The area...

« The property was falsely advertised as 7 bedrooms when it was 6 bedrooms. The house was very untidy and sheets were not washed. Used toilet paper was even found in drawers. We had to clean up ourselves as soon as we got there. Even though photo evidence was submitted to Vrbo, they could not get the host to compensate for at least the false advertising. This is where I believe Vrbo was complicit. Poor customer service. NEVER USING Vrbo AGAIN. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. »

« Booked this location as we were going to a festival, the manager of the property never got in touch for getting us into the property we were asked to wait until 4pm on the day we were meant to be checking in. 4pm rolls on no contact and told theyd issue a refund. Still havent recieced one had to find new accomodation for 7 people on the day of the festival. Shocking. Will never be using them again. »

« Clovelly Court is well placed and Nightingale House was well appointed with a great lay-out for 6 adults sharing. We were in the area for a wedding so the location was great and we loved that the property is walking distance from a superb and quirky pub, a fabulous coffee shop, pharmacy, and Sainsbury. A good location, too, for exploring further afield. All the bedrooms are a great size and having 3 bathrooms was a bonus. The owners are fab - great communication and very accommodating offering...
