« On arrival the pod was clean and the heat was switched on for us. The room had a kettle and plates with cutlery, very basic but all we needed. »

We received no check in information before arrival. When we arrived at the property, the host happened to be onsite and was not aware that we had booked through VRBO (as they also appear to list in other places).
