« I always want to give everything at Tilford 5 stars because it's our go-to choice when it comes to a long weekend away. Fully appreciative of the fact that there's a cost of living crisis at the moment, there were a few little 'Tilford differences' missing this year. No extra pillows or linen in the lodge, a much reduced tea/coffee selection, no biscuits, no milk in the fridge, a much reduced selection in the shop, everything felt a little bit ''just enough''. « What a beautiful gem this place is. Absolutely wonderful.So clean and well equipped ..... cosy too.Transport excellent. Bus at end of road straight into Heathrow and the London underground.Easy walk to train station to visit London or Windsor.15 minute drive to Legoland or Thorpe Park. Will definitely stay again with the kids! »

« Hawthorn Lodge is a nice place to stay. The only issue is lack of plugs near any mirror to use the hairdryer. »
